Occasionally, McCulleys Amazin’ Acres offers its Web visitors the opportunity to register to participate in contests presented by the Farm. We will not share your email address or personally identifiable information with any other entity not directly affiliated with McCulleys Amazin’ Acres.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
From time to time, McCulleys Amazin’ Acres will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. All guests entering McCulleys Amazin’ Acres farm grant permission to McCulleys Amazin’ Acres to utilize his/her image or any recordings for any purpose without payment.

PET POLICY

We love animals — but to keep our guests, staff, and farm animals safe, we ask that you leave your pets at home.

The only animals permitted on Amazin Acres property are service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): a dog that has been individually trained to perform specific tasks directly related to a person’s disability — whether physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or another mental disability.

Please note that under the ADA, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals do not qualify as service animals and cannot be admitted.
